I normally wait until I have more than one expense with an establishment before I leave a review, but with this pet groomer, I'm so pleased that I have to write a review because I'm 100% sure my experience here will always be positive. Julia at the front desk is so patient, kind, and friendly. She loves animals, and you can tell! When I called her on Saturday, 05/16/26, I had already called some grooomer in the santa mon ica area, and they were all booked for the day and didn't offer walk-ins. Luckily, Julia found a lot of time alot for my pup for 1:30. She was able to open a profile for me while I was on the phone with her, and the check-in was smooth and easy. My pup Toto was ready in about 1.5 hours and looked and smelled wonderful. He had a wash, nail clipping, teeth cleaning, and ear cleaning. Parking: Free parking in this little strip mall, and meter parking nearby. Pro Tip: There is a nail salon just 2 doors down, where you can get your nails done while waiting for your pup!

They did a fabulous job with his cut and went over and beyond to make sure he was comfortable since they knew it was his first time going there. We had been taking our reactive pit bull mix, Bear, there for years before we moved further way. Each visit, they were so professional in handling Bear’s reactivity and so caring towards her. They take such great care of my older pups, and Jesus is extremely knowledgeable and patient with my dogs. He always does an amazing job! One of them is super feisty and sassy - she’s not easy to handle, but he always gets the job done perfectly and follows all of my requests. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

Today was the last straw for me, I spoke on the phone with them an hour ago and they said I could bring my dogs in at three to get their nails trimmed after specifically asking them when the latest I could bring my dogs by. I didn't ask when they closed, I specifically asked when I should show up. I show up at 2:55, only need to find out that they're already done for the day. Employees were still there, but they weren't offering any more services. I've wasted many walks over the past two years, trying to bring my dogs here and they seem to open and close as they please without any communication in our totally comfortable telling you one thing while acting on another. It's not the first time I've shown up at a time when they're supposedly open it they ended up being closed.
